I read an article in Lifehacker that listed their favorite applications for Windows Phone 7, and came across a comment from ne2000 , and it seemed to me that it was worth sharing with everyone.
Let me start by saying that I actually love Zune software, but if you are browsing, you might get a little confused about everything that happens. It may be even better if you want to share a link to your favorite Windows Phone 7 application, but you cannot use the Zune software.
This useful tip from ne2000 not only simplifies browsing, but also makes it possible to copy the link to your favorite application for Windows Phone 7. You can also purchase applications, but you still need Zune software for this.
Open a browser and go to Bing.com/Visual Search.
With “Favorite Galleries” selected, click “Best Apps for Windows Phone 7”. A list of all applications on the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace opens.
It’s easier to follow this link and save it in your favorite Windows Phone 7 apps on Bing.
On the search page, you have several options for viewing applications, such as “Top paid”, “New free”, “New paid”, “Most downloaded”. You also have the ability to filter by genre.
After you click on the thumbnail, a page opens with descriptions, such as in the Marketplace, the “Download” link for purchase / download, screenshots, a window that displays the best articles written about the application.
From the page of selected applications, you just need to copy and paste the link from the address bar to share your favorite application with family and friends.
